Pekingese kennel “Shanghai Surprise”

The Pekingese kennel “Shanghai Surprise” has quite short history — its name was registered by FCI in the beginning of 2005. However, the work with the breed has been conducted since 1994. The dog Tsvetok Ljubvi Lach Martin being our first bright representative of the breed purchased from Mrs. Churilina, won many dog shows in Volga region. Since its appearance in 2001 our professional breeding work has begun.

“Shanghai Surprise” kennel is located in Samara and numbers more than 20 excellent dogs by now, which were purchased from the leading Russian kennel “Sunrise Dragon”. Thus, in our kennel have appeared Sunrise Dragon Calipso, Sunrise Dragon Harley Davidson, Sunrise Dragon Timur, Sunrise Dragon Bandi, Sunrise Dragon De Luxe and Sunrise Dragon Ultrastar. With the direct participation of Mrs. Elena Artemenko the dog Zekko, the son of famous Singlewell Tonic has been got. Thanks to her help and advice we were able to approach professional work with this breed. Hence, to the kennel’s “coin box” were added many titles such as a Young European Winner, a Young World Winner and Vice World Winner. Today the dogs of our own breeding take prize-winning places at international shows, including World and European championships.
